Best time to nourish skin is night time. Skin should be cleaned and moisturized properly before sleeping because any product that you apply takes time to get absorb properly and work on skin. That's why night time applications are recommended for batter result.
article I will share some homemade creams for night, because these are
the things that you can carry on your skin during day time because they
don't contain any artificial scent and more importantly they give very
bad look mostly oily and greasy. Some people do suggest to apply during
day time for 20 to 30 min but that doesn't give the appropriate result.
So I suggest that skin should be cleaned properly and then any of these
should be applied before sleeping. You can use one of these as much as
regularly every night or once a week at least, depending on how much
time you get to care for your skin. And as I always say testing is very
important specially if you have over dry, extra oily or sensitive skin.
Always make a small amount first and then try to a smaller portion of
arm or neck and leave on over night and see if any ingredient doesn't
suits you skip that.
I have normal to oily skin and I have tested all these on me, all works out best;
Natural Cream #1:
1 table spoon olive oil
1 table spoon almond oil
Mix the two oil and massage your face before sleeping.
mixture prevent wrinkles, lines and aging effect as well as moisturize
skin giving it very soft touch. Also best for knee heel and elbow.
